Shipping & returns

• Products without additional printing
  • In stock — dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Out of stock — dispatched within up to 5 business days
• Products with printing
  • In stock — dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Out of stock — dispatched within up to 7 business days
• From the moment of dispatch, further delivery time depends on the courier service provider, so we cannot control how long it takes.
• Preliminary delivery time estimates are shown at checkout when you select a shipping method.
• *Stated dispatch times are preliminary.

Return or exchange is possible if the product:

• Is unused, undamaged and retains its commercial appearance.
• Is returned in its original tidy packaging, in the same complete set as received (with original labels still attached).
• An unsuitable product may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. To exchange or return, email: orders@bimori.lt
• Products made with custom printing are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• When returning or exchanging a product, shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The Buyer is refunded only the amount paid for the product.
• Money is refunded to the Buyer within 10 business days of the withdrawal notice, but the refund may be delayed if we have not received the returned goods or proof of shipment.
• The Buyer is responsible for properly assembling and packaging the returned product.
• We do not accept products back if they were used and/or damaged, broken and/or have lost their commercial appearance.
